Inducing a multi-sensorial experience created by varying qualities of fabric in response to the environment. Understanding Gibson's theory of affordance in architecture, we aimed to design a space that personalizes meditation to a user's own perception. Breaking free from the rigidity of common performative forms, this helps the user to follow his own path of thought and feel present within the architecture.

Manipulating angle and curvature of contours to create free furniture based on human perception. This is categorised into, and hybridised across work, play, rest, reflection and gathering types of contours.
NEW LIVING
The freedom of perception is brought about by the absense of complete furniture departs from the everyday environment of walls, tables and chairs. Users sought to understand the curvatures and angles of contours, opening their mind to a world of new possiblities.
